Shipping and Returns Policy

This Shipping and Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on The Plant Man Company LLC's e-commerce store ("Website"). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy. 

  1. Shipping 

a. Shipping Days: We ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed Wednesday - Saturday will be shipped out on the following Monday. Orders placed Sunday – Tuesday will be shipped out on Wednesday.  

b. Shipping Method: We use 3-day shipping for all our orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

c. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

d. Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict the shipping of certain products to specific locations based on applicable laws and regulations. 

  1. Live Plant Guarantee 

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all live plants purchased from our Website. Due to the fragile nature of live plants, some minor cosmetic imperfections might occur during transit and are normal. These imperfections are not grounds for refunds. If a live plant arrives dead or in poor condition, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos documenting the issue. We will either replace the plant at no additional cost or issue a full refund for the purchase price. 

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges 

a. Live Plants: We accept refunds for live plants that meet the conditions specified in the Live Plant Guarantee. No returns are accepted for live plants. 

b. Non-Live Products: We accept exchanges for non-live products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@theplantmancompany.com with your order number and a description of the issue. 

c. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-live products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

d. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@theplantmancompany.com with your order number and a description of the issue. 

  1. Cancellations 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@theplantmancompany.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed or shipped.
